Horror Fiesta originated in September 2023 in the premise of having a family friendly convention that celebrated all things horror and spooky into Central Illinois. Also just as important was giving proceeds back into Peoria. In 2024 money was evenly distributed to local animal shelters. In 2025 proceeds were donated to Peoria Proud. Every year the vendors, guests and attendance keeps increasing, that part is humbling.
